A bit of our history...

It was at 16 thatGregory Reichbegins his apprenticeshipto cookat the Restaurant Au Bœuf in Plobsheim where he discovered a real passion. He will begin a Bac Pro at the Relais de La Poste in La Wantzenau. He then left to do his military duty and spent a few years in Switzerland in Zurich. Back in France, he was called back to Au Boeuf where he remained for 9 years. The desire for change and new horizons will lead him to work in different establishments.


Each restaurant he frequented will provide him with useful experience for the development of his career. We will name restaurants such as the Oberjägerhof in Strasbourg where he will work on regional dishes, the Fischhutt in Molkirch for fish and seafood, L'atelier du goût for fresh cuisine and market products, Zum Ysehuet in Strasbourg for a soft and refined cuisine.


Finally, it is as a chef on Croisi Europe boats that he will meetPaulina georgeand from there, was born the idea of having its own establishment. It is together that they allow themselves to be charmed by the place ofThe Pot Spoon.

Since 2010, Grégory and Pauline welcome you to a placewarmAnduser-friendlyand offer you afoodAtseasons. No fixed menu, the dishes change according to the chef's mood and according to the market stalls. A new cuisine based on local values.


In 2014, Mickaël joined the team to support Pauline in service.


In the kitchen, Jérémy has been assisting the chef since 2022.


In July 2018, they want to have fun and undertake major renovation work for 5 weeks. It is with great pride that they present to you this new case ofThe Pot Spoon, contemporary decor and clean lines, all unpretentious. A bright future awaits them in this friendly district of Finkwiller. The beautiful story continues...

From 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

In order to preserve our loyal team, the restaurant closes at 3:00 p.m. and 11:45 p.m.

Exceptional opening on Tuesday May 30 at dinner.
